Since accidents sometimes happen, JAVDA makes sure your rings are examined and fixed throughout the 365-day business warranty. During the warranty term, we will replace and repair any missing stones at no cost to you; you just pay for delivery. Within a year, if any diamond with a size of less than 0.05 disappears, you will either have to replace it yourself or adhere to the rules.

Copy of Invoice OR Invoice Number.
A thorough explanation of the issue.
Your phone number, email address, and return address.
Pack your jewelry in a secure box and send it via a reputable courier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees.
