When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

We get to work as soon as you place your order to ensure that you receive your jewelry as soon as possible. It takes 7–10 business days to process and dispatch Javda orders. It can take up to two weeks for custom orders.

All orders, including those placed through our online store, are shipped by FedEx or USPS, and they are fully insured while in transit. Typically, your package will arrive at your address in two to three business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Your order will begin processing the following business day if it is placed on a holiday, over the weekend, or after regular business hours.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via USPS and FedEx. Bank wire transfers can be used by customer service to cover the cost of overseas orders. The electronic transmission of money from your bank to Javda Jewelry is known as a "bank wire transfer."

We will provide you our bank and routing information as soon as your order is placed. After that, you can start the wire transfer using online banking or by getting in touch with your bank directly.

Monitoring Your Order

On the day that we ship out your order, we will email you to confirm the shipping and provide a tracking number. Orders can be tracked all the way to the recipient's address.

Please be aware that your email settings can classify our email confirmation as spam. Examine your "Junk" or "Spam" email folders on a regular basis. You may also ensure that our emails arrive in your inbox by adding contact@javda.com to your Email Contacts.

Delivery to APO and FPO Addresses

USPS Priority Mail® will be used to send your order. It will take three to five business days for it to reach the APO & FPO processing center. Your package will be delivered to you by the Military Postal Service after it reaches the sorting hub. Please see our Military Shipping page (hyperlink) for additional details.

Delay in Shipment

For the goods or services you choose, we dispatch every item insured and with signature confirmation. Snow drains, flights, weather, holidays, and other events are not JAVDA's fault. For these reasons, shipping costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Delivery of Jewelry

Your item will be placed in a velvety black jewelry container. The jewelry case will then be placed inside the unique Javda gift box.
