How it Works

• Step 2 Creating Wire Frame Model

Using software, our CAD designers turn your sketch into a basic wireframe model. This provides a basic concept of the design's appearance.

• Step 3 CAD Model

The designer follows your instructions to produce a CAD model of the design. Your design will appear precisely as it will in the cast. It is also possible to inspect the diamond's setting.

• Step 4 Wax Model

Once you give your approval, our skilled staff will start working on your bespoke piece. The duration may differ, but it should take no more than 0–00 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.

• Step 5 Metal Casting

A mold is used to form an object, such as a ring, during creation. To construct the thing, we utilize wax.

Wax is coated in plaster, which is removed by heating the mold, leaving a hollow form behind. They cast the ring by pouring melted gold into this hollow mold. After that, leave the mold alone until the metal hardens.
