Exchange Policy
Easy Exchange Policy – Designed for Your Peace of Mind
We want you to love every piece you receive from us. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent 30-day return and one-time exchange policy for most custom jewelry orders.
What's Eligible?
To qualify for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be:
- Unworn and free from damage or signs of wear
- In its original packaging with all tags and certifications included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Need a Different Size or Style?
No problem. You can request a one-time exchange for a different size, color, or style — as long as the replacement is of equal or lesser value. Just contact our support team to get started.
What’s Not Returnable?
- Customized jewelry that’s been engraved, resized, or modified by another jeweler
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items
- Ring sizes: Women’s 8+ and Men’s 12+ (due to labor-intensive resizing)
Customization Fees & Policies
Some advanced customizations may involve additional labor or material fees. If applicable, these fees are non-refundable. We'll let you know upfront before production begins.
Once an exchange is completed, the new item becomes final sale and cannot be returned again.
