Delivery Details

Any order can be delivered by Javda to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. We use USPS Priority Mail® to deliver APO/FPO orders to the APO/FPO processing hub. Addresses that are APO or FPO cannot be tracked. For security concerns, USPS will not provide in-transit or expedited delivery scans for packages delivered to these addresses.

Projected Delivery Duration

Javda guarantees that your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center in three to five business days.

Like all Javda orders, we insure your cargo from the moment it leaves our door until it reaches yours.

Sales Tax Information

Orders mailed to APO/FPO locations are free of taxes and customs because we treat them as domestic addresses. Taxes and charges are incurred by bases when orders are sent straight to them. As an alternative to using the APO/FPO mail system, use this. Javda will include all required tax documentation with your transaction.

How to Format Addresses

Faster delivery may be delayed by addresses that are not formatted correctly. Please include any additional information for overseas shipments to APO, FPO, or DPO locations in the format below:

Full Name of Position PSC/UNIT/CMR, Box Number (if applicable)

State (AA, AP, or AE), City (APO, FPO, or DPO), and Postal Code (five digits or ZIP+4)

Use AE for North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Opt for AP for Pacific. For Central & South America, use AA.

Returns

Orders sent to FPO/APO addresses are subject to Javda's usual return policy. The standard return window for Javda is 30 days following shipment. It can take longer for the packages to arrive if they were delivered to military APO/FPO addresses. You have the option to return your product if it does not arrive at your address within 30 days.
