How long should it take to receive my order?
In most cases, your order should arrive in 7 to 10 days. For items that are in stock, we begin order processing and fulfillment immediately. It takes 5-7 days for shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders from abroad will take longer. Large or unique orders will be planned in consultation with you.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?

After placing your order, check to make sure you got what you ordered. If Javda Jewelry filled your purchase incorrectly, we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send you the right item.

The goal of Javda Jewelry is to make you happy. Please refer to the section above about exchanges. Then get in touch with Javda Jewelry so we can determine the best course of action.
Can I view the STATUS of my orders?
Make an account and place an order to see the status of your order. Next, select 'My Account' from the menu on the right. When an order's status (processing, shipping, etc.) changes at the time of purchase, you should also receive email updates.

How long does it take to design a piece of custom jewelry?
It takes 7–10 business days to design custom jewelry, and it only takes 2 days to add changes. After approval, production should begin in four to five weeks.
Due dates can be flexible while working on-site, and the procedure can take seven to eight weeks, depending on the necessary revisions. If urgent work is required by a specific date, it might be scheduled. Everyone's experience will be better the more time allotted.
Can you send items next day air?
We are able to expedite an order and use the "next day" option, but the cost of delivery will be borne by you.
How do I pick a style for my engagement ring?
