Return Timeframes

• Most items: Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Diamond solitaires: Return must be initiated within 14 days.

Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Include all original documents and certifications (GIA, IGI, etc.).
• Items modified by third-party jewelers (e.g., resized, mounted) are non-returnable.

Product-Specific Guidelines

Semi-Mount Rings

• Returnable within 30 days if the center stone has not been mounted.
• Alterations by external jewelers make the item ineligible for return.

Diamond Solitaire Rings

• Return within 14 days of delivery.
• Original certificates are required; a $250 fee applies for lost documentation.

Wedding Bands & Anniversary Rings

• Eligible for return within 30 days if the item is unworn and in original condition.
• Customer covers return shipping unless approved by Javda.us.

International Returns

• Use UPS or FedEx with tracking to avoid delays.
• Customer is responsible for shipping and any customs fees.
• Returns missing documents may be subject to restocking fees or denied.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer).
• Credit card/PayPal refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• International bank transfer refunds may take up to 3 weeks.

Non-Refundable Items & Restrictions

• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• Returns sent without authorization or via COD will not be accepted.

• Allow 2–4 business days for inspection after the item is received.
