Layaway Plan Terms & Conditions:

• Plans available between 2 to 6 months; you may pay off your balance anytime.
• Your jewelry will ship immediately upon full payment clearance.
• The jewelry price remains fixed during your payment period.
• Payments delayed beyond 30 days incur a 10% insufficient-funds fee.
• Plans unpaid for more than 90 days will be canceled automatically, refunding 85% of the paid amount, with a 15% cancellation fee retained.
• Plan cancellations initiated by the buyer incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Javda ❤️ PureNile reserves the right to immediately cancel any layaway suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized payment methods.
